My laptop was having an issue yesterday, where the bottom shell of it was starting to swell, more specifically near the cooling system. Moving the screen caused it to make a "screech" and various popping noises. I had shut it off last night after continuing to use it without issue, I was then met with a humming sound that became louder and eventually followed with a "pop". My laptop is dead.

I can't do anymore digital work (which was my only medium I was comfortable with), so I'll be incredibly inactive until I can get the funds for a new computer. I'll be investing in a desktop instead of a laptop now.

I'll still be active in a social sense, managing the Transformice group and working with varxenhal on bi-weekly submissions. Who knows, I might even learn some watercolor.

I apologize for my inactivity here. I owe a good handful of commissions to a lot of you on here and I apologize for such a long delay. You and your donations have not been forgotten, as I've lost the energy for digital art and drawing in general.

I have been dealing with a plethora of real life issues that are making my struggle with art much worse. I'm on the verge of homelessness because of my caregivers not handling money wisely, spending it on luxury items versus necessities. While selling back said items would seem to be a good idea, their retail value drops, and the amount of bills they handle eat at their wallets quickly.

I'm also currently mourning the loss of my cat as of yesterday, nothing has ever hit me as hard as losing a companion like him. We had taken him into emergency vet care, which they told us in the morning it was only a blockage in his bladder that could be treated with a 36 hour stay with a catheter. Later on in the afternoon, we were given the news that it was much worse, as his liver was developing issues and his kidneys were failing. His potassium levels were extremely low and his heart rate was irregular, we had no other humane option other than to let him go instead of having him suffer. This is also contributing to my art status and mood in general.

Again, I want to deeply apologize for inactivity and a delay in commissions. When I get back on my feet, I will make another post similar to this and finally have the energy to create art.
